Joe Schwaller is the President of HubWise Technology.

I grew up in a small town in Iowa, Templeton, where I would play the sport of the season, trying to impress my High school sweetheart, who I married. I earned a Bachelor of Science with a double major in Computer Science and Business Administration at THE Iowa State University.

After graduation, I spent the first twenty-plus years of my career in Corporate America as a technology executive for a pair of fast-growing entrepreneurial companies. During this time, I went through an IPO (initial public offering) and multiple private equity buyouts providing me with new knowledge and skills. Over the last fifteen-plus years, I’ve enjoyed translating those skills into small business ownership and operation at several companies, specifically in the technology sector.

At HubWise Technology, I say that I “Keep Score” by handling the company’s finances, accounting, administration, legal and regulatory matters. I love the challenge and diversity of running my own company and have been blessed to work with a great group of people over the years.

One of HubWise Technology’s Core Values is “Say it, Do it.” Our team conducts business with a high degree of integrity, which fits nicely with my faith-based servant leadership style. I am very motivated to deliver on promises made to our clients and team, if not overdeliver.

Outside of HubWise Technology, you will find me rooting for my beloved Cyclones and playing golf. My wife and I might also be traveling around the world, looking for new destinations or visiting our children around the country.

Growing up in the hometown of Templeton Distillery, the makers of Templeton Rye Whiskey, one is bound to have stories. During Prohibition in the 1920s, you used to have to know somebody that knew somebody to get your hands on the “Good Stuff.” My family was a part of the whisky trade, and now our proud legacy is readily available worldwide.
